What happens
Assess
Jazz checks your texture, condition and history — colour, relaxer, previous treatments — and confirms the price by length.
Cleanse
A deep clarifying wash opens the cuticle so the treatment can get in.
Apply & seal
The nano-formula is applied section by section, then sealed with heat. This is the long part.
Cut & finish
A haircut is included to perfect the shape. You leave smooth, glossy and straight.
What nanoplasty actually does
Nanoplasty is a keratin-based smoothing treatment with no formaldehyde. Rather than coating the hair, it works inside the strand to repair, strengthen and add shine, and it straightens as it goes — which makes it particularly good for curly and textured hair that wants a long-lasting sleek result without the damage of a relaxer.
Results last up to eight months. As your hair grows, you book a Root Touch-Up (from £160) rather than a full treatment, so the texture stays consistent from root to tip.
Pricing is by length: short (above shoulders) £250, medium (shoulder to mid-back) £300, long (mid-back to waist) £350, extra long (below waist) £400. A haircut is included in every full treatment.
Jazz also offers Keratin (from £200, lasts up to four months) and Hair Botox (from £150), which smooths and softens while keeping your natural curl. If you're not sure which is right, message her a photo first.

Nanoplasty, answered
Is nanoplasty the same as keratin?
They're related, but nanoplasty is formaldehyde-free and lasts longer (up to eight months against around four for keratin). Keratin is the lower-cost option if you want frizz control for a season.
Will I lose my curls permanently?
No. Nanoplasty grows out — it doesn't permanently alter the hair like a relaxer. Your new growth comes through in your natural texture, which is what the root touch-up is for.
Can I have it on colour-treated or relaxed hair?
Usually yes, but tell Jazz when you book. She'll check the condition on the day before starting.
How do I look after it?
Use sulphate-free shampoo, avoid tying it tightly for the first few days and keep the hair dry for the period Jazz gives you on the day.
